Returns & Warranty Policy for Retail Customers

All goods will be fully refunded (less delivery cost) if returned, in the original condition to MobilityCare within 7 days of delivery.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged if the goods are returned, in the original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Whereby a product you have purchased through us has failed in some way, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the product’s manufacturer warranty.
